Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International Orders: 7–30 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, BillionDollaStar cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

BillionDollaStar is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim if necessary.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items may be held until all items are available for shipment.
